THE LODGE: SBPOA members in good standing are welcome to reserve the lodge for events. The Lodge has bathrooms, a large, full kitchen, eating tables, lounge areas, a dance floor and a bar area. If you are renting to someone else, you must remain present during the event.
Members are responsible for their own cleaning before and after each event. We do NOT provide any trash services. Members are responsible for their trash removal and disposal. The renter will be held responsible for garbage left behind, damage done to the building, etc. As host/hostess it will be your responsibility to remove all garbage from the premises following your event, and to make sure the area is left cleaned. Trash bags are available at the lodge. CAMPGROUND IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASONTHE CAMPGROUND: The campground is located on Smithneck Road just past Bear Valley Road on the right. It is open to members only and their immediate family. The campground is GENERALLY open from April 1st through September 30th. Maximum stay is 14 days without express written permission of the Sierra Brooks Board of Directors. RV self-contained units are permitted. NO CAMPING PERMITTED outside of the dates listed above due to the restrooms and campground being winterized.

Lodge Usage FeesYou must use the Online Booking System to Reserve the Lodge. Deposits and usage fees must be paid prior to using the facilities. "Lodge Clean-Up Checklist" must completed after use.
LODGE USAGE FEES Under 100 guests $50 per day + Refundable Deposit Over 100 guests $75 per day + Refundable Deposit Lodge usage fees are not refundable. Cancelations require a 24 hour notice. REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS - Deposits are returned upon Inspection of the Lodge or Campgrounds. LODGE DEPOSITS Under 100 Guests - $250.00 100+ Guests - $500.00 NON-PROFIT 501(c)(3) Meetings are free. Use of the facility to raise funds and donations, the above usage fees apply. CAMPGROUND DEPOSITS $50.00 PAY ONLINE, or drop a check at the Office or with Board Member Vicki Barney, 530-993-4164, or mail a check to SBPOA, P.O. Box 676, Loyalton, CA 96118. You will pick up the key from Vicki, not the office.
