HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS
1. MAIL A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO, SBPOA, P.O. BOX 676, LOYALTON, CA 96118 2. DROP A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER (NO CASH PAYMENTS) IN THE DROPBOX AT THE LODGE. 3. USE PAYPAL. YOU MUST INCLUDE 3.5% EXTRA FOR THE PAYPAL PROCESSING FEE. We are unable to process credit cards directly. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions. |
If you are unable to pay your bill, you may request a Payment Plan by clicking the button above.
Annual Dues, Late Fee Assessments and Liens: * Annual invoices are mailed in May, and due by July 1st. * SBPOA Annual dues are currently $132.00 * Dues cover the annual period of July 1st to June 30. July 15th: Late fee assessments of 10% of dues (currently 13.20 or 10%, which ever is greater). August 15th: Interest charges /late fee assessment accrues equalling 10% on entire balance owed. Pre-Lien Process Begins September 15th. Properties in lien will incur additional processing fees, including lien filing costs.
