Annual Dues, Late Fee Assessments and Liens:
SBPOA Annual dues are currently $132.00, due July 1st Late Fee Assessments of 10% (currently 13.20 or 10%, which ever is greater) Billed: July 15th. Interest Accrues: August 15th. Pre-Lien Process Begins: September 15th. Properties in Lien have additional processing fees. See documents below for more details and other information regarding the HOA policies, guidelines and resources.

For Approval of Building Plans: Before proceeding. Check the CC&Rs, submit your plans to the HOA for approval, and to Sierra County.

Meeting dates are set aside to discuss important details regarding the Association's future. General Board meetings are scheduled to be held at the Lodge Office unless otherwise noted, and generally held third Thursday of the Month at 10:00 AM due to the schedules of our current Board. If you would like to arrange a specific meeting for another time, please call the office.

FEMA is proposing new Flood Maps for Sierra County. These new maps will make significant changes to Sierra Brooks property owners. If you have a federally-backed mortgage, your lender may likely require you to carry flood insurance.
