Serving on the SBPOA Board is great way to give back to your local community. Without active, involved Board Members the Association is unable to function and conduct business on your behalf. Your involvement matters. While the Association welcomes feedback, getting directly involved to make the changes you want to see is more effective. Join us. There is always room.
APPLY BELOW ONLINE, or download paper form. *** The directors shall be elected or appointed at the annual meeting of members to serve for a term of two (2) or three (3) years, but if any such annual meeting is not held or the directors are not elected thereat, the directors may be elected at any special meeting of members held for that purpose. Directors will stagger their election terms in 2 or 3 year cycles, as to create stability and continuity on the board. One-third of the board of directors is to be elected each year.

Join the Board. SBPOA members in good standing are welcome to join the Board. It is a wonderful opportunity to positively contribute to our local SBPOA Community. Change the things that need changing. Be heard. Be Active.
Qualifications. All candidates must meet the Director Qualifications in order to run for the Board of Directors. The Director qualifications for the Association are: 1. Ownership in Development. He/she must be the recorded owner of property in Sierra Brooks. 2. Co-Owners are Eligible for Only One Position. 3. Members in Good Standing. He/she must not must be delinquent by more than sixty (60) days in the payment of any Assessment, fee, or fine, and not be found to be in violation of the Association’s Governing Documents (following proper notice, hearing, and a finding by the Board). 4. No Litigation. He/she must not be a party in any legal proceeding against the Association or its Officers or Directors.
